Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy includes everything in Reverse Recruiting with some additional benefits. As a Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy client, you are assigned a second professional, known as a Client Strategist, to assist with managing your job search. Client Strategists are Certified Interview Coaches (CIC) and Certified Salary Negotiation Specialists (CSNS) who are available to assist you with pre-interview reports, interview training, and salary negotiation for each interview and job offer you receive. This package is the most comprehensive package we offer and is ideal for anyone serious about taking their career and compensation to the next level. Our Reverse Recruiting package is $3,000 per 4-week period. Our Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy package is $3,999 per 4-week period. There are no long-term commitments and each of the services can be renewed as many times as you’d like. The average length of a job search is approximately 3 months.
