This service is ideal for busy professionals who may not have the time or expertise to conduct a job search on their own. 2. Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy includes everything in Reverse Recruiting with some additional benefits. As a Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy client, you are assigned a second professional, known as a Client Strategist, to assist with managing your job search. Client Strategists are Certified Interview Coaches (CIC) and Certified Salary Negotiation Specialists (CSNS) who are available to assist you with pre-interview reports, interview training, and salary negotiation for each interview and job offer you receive. This package is the most comprehensive package we offer and is ideal for anyone serious about taking their career and compensation to the next level. Our Reverse Recruiting package is $3,000 per 4-week period. Our Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy package is $3,999 per 4-week period. There are no long-term commitments and each of the services can be renewed as many times as you’d like. The average length of a job search is approximately 3 months.

    It is impossible to offer a guarantee of interviews or employment with our reverse recruiting services. Each job search is entirely unique, and factors outside of our control can influence the duration and success of a job search. We can guarantee that your Reverse Recruiter and Client Strategist are fully committed to your job search and making it a success. While we cannot control these factors, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service to help you achieve your career goals.

You will have a video call with your Reverse Recruiter just before your launch date to ensure they have a full understanding of your job search. You can also reach your Reverse Recruiter via live chat messaging anytime during business hours, and you will have the option to schedule weekly strategy calls. If you choose a reverse recruiting package that includes Client Strategy, you will have a video call with your Client Strategist prior to your launch date. Your Client Strategist will also be available for you to schedule sessions for interview preparation, salary negotiation, and job search strategy.

    Starting in 2022, we began allowing reverse recruiting clients to use their existing resumes. We provide a free review of your resume before starting the process to determine if it can be improved. Your resume and LinkedIn profile are the primary tools used in your job search, and having high-quality documents is crucial to your success. While we do allow the use of existing resumes, we strongly recommend using our resume writing services before engaging with our reverse recruiting services. Having your resume written by our team ensures that it is ATS-compatible, visually appealing, includes engaging and focused content, and makes it easier for your Reverse Recruiter to make any necessary edits or alterations throughout the job search process.
  • Can you explain the personalized approach of APBC's IRR services?

For best results, your resume and LinkedIn profile should be updated and ready to go before onboarding with your Reverse Recruiter. If you purchased resume writing services with your reverse recruiting services, you will receive two emails, one with instructions for the resume writing process and one with instructions for reverse recruiting. To avoid delays, please follow the instructions in each email.
